This is one of those ideas that just seems so obvious once you’ve seen it.
It’s pretty cool and I would want one if I didn’t always keep a round chambered for concealed carry. The amount of time it takes to rack it may be all I have to save me or my child’s life

This is going to sound harsh but needs to be said. Anyone who doesn’t feel safe carrying their firearm with one in the chamber probably isn’t ready to carry a firearm. If you fall into this category practice until you feel comfortable enough with your weapon system to carry it as intended and always keep the 4 rules of safety in mind.
My first though on this wasn’t that, I was more thinking about clearing malfunctions with one hand and the fact it’s a pretty simple idea.
